Il Payment for purchases can be made by bank transfer, with the Paypal system (for which you must have an account on the same circuit), or by credit card on the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and Carta Si circuits.
Only with regard to payments made by PayPal or credit cards, will the amount relating to the purchase be charged at the time of conclusion of the order. This will cover the amounts indicated in the cart, including any shipping costs, as reported in the e-mail that you will receive as confirmation of the order. Prices in Euro.
The prices of the e-commerce products are to be understood as "including VAT" (as expressly indicated). 22% Value Added Tax charged on the taxable amounts.
Purchases made on Fosca's Batik e-commerce website can only be made by private consumers (B2C).
SHIPPING
Generally, we process purchase orders within 2 working days following the date on which the purchase was concluded, provided that this is done no later than 12:00 midday on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
In case of problems related to the momentary unavailability of an item, erroneously or incorrectly reported on the e-commerce website, or in the case of problems not attributable to Fosca's Batik, you will receive prompt communication via e-mail and you will have the right to cancel the order without any additional costs and obtain a credit of any amount paid in advance, as per the directions provided on the page "https://foscasbatik.com/terms-and-conditions"https://foscasbatik.com/termini-e-condizioni”
I Shipping times may vary from the day of the order or up to a maximum of 15 working days from confirmation of the same. In the event that we are not in a position to carry out the shipment within said term but, in any case, within the one indicated in the following point, you will be promptly notified by e-mail.
The rates relating to the shipping methods may vary according to the price lists set by the shipper. Shipping costs are indicated in the checkout phase (cart) and are to be understood as "including VAT". In the case of orders that require spending more than a pre-established amount, from time to time, during promotional campaigns or when using a coupon, it is possible to take advantage of the "free shipping", if this appears among the options to choose from during checkout.
Fosca's Batik makes use of the right to entrust each single shipment to the shipping service providers it deems most reliable. Delivery times are at the incontestable discretion of the forwarder, generally quantifiable within 2 or 3 days in the EU area and 12-15 days in the Extra-EU area from the date of shipment.
Based on the availability of the tracking service, you will have the possibility to monitor the status of the delivery through a code provided by the shipper, which will be communicated to you via e-mail upon confirmation of "Parcel sent". It is understood that Fosca's Batik cannot in any way guarantee punctuality of delivery.
