Return and exchange
To make your shopping experience in Fosca's Batik online shop as pleasant as possible, we provide you with detailed information in case you wish to return or exchange a purchased product.
RETURNS
Returns are always possible, as long as a request is submitted within 45 days of the delivery date (the forwarder's receipt will be proof).
The return request must be sent in writing to info@foscasbatik.com indicating the order number and the product or products for which the return is requested (the details are contained in the order receipt email, following the purchase).
It should be noted that no explicit motivation is required, in compliance with the European regulations on remote purchases.
The only expenses charged to the Customer are those relating to the shipment, to the address and in the manner that will be indicated by email.
Once we have received the goods, which the Customer must send within 7 days from the date of the return request, we will undertake to carry out the refund procedure within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return (the delivery receipt sent to the Customer by the shipper), with credit of the entire amount spent using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase procedure.
Conditions: the returned product must be returned in the original packaging, must be free of signs of wear, damage and must not have undergone any washing.
Fabbrika Kreativa reserves the right to evaluate and possibly refuse acceptance of the return if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT
Fabbrika Kreativa, exclusive distributor of Fosca's Batik, offers you the possibility to exchange the purchased product for another product available in the online shop.
In this case, you can take advantage of the product exchange service by submitting a request to info@foscasbatik.com within 45 days from the date of receipt of the product you wish to exchange, indicating the SKU code of the product you purchased and the SKU code of the item you would like to get in return.
Within 10 days of the request you will be contacted by one of our representatives who will provide you with all the information needed to proceed with the exchange of the product.
If the service is available, you can arrange with our representative the return of the product you want to change at the same time as the delivery of the new product, without any additional charges.
Otherwise, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product to be exchanged, without charges to you.
The refund or charge of any difference in price between the two products will be agreed with our representative, via email or telephone.
