GARMENT WASHING
you can wash it gently by hand, in warm or cold water, adding a neutral or delicate soap;

DRYING
hang up the product to dry while it is still dripping, stretch it well, do not wring it and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it away from sources of excessive heat.​

IRONING
to protect your garment, iron at a low temperature, on the wrong side, placing a cotton cloth on the heavily painted parts of the fabric, where the painting is "thicker", evident or in relief.

HOW TO KEEP IT
store in its packaging or hanging from a clothes hanger in a cool, dry place, away from sources of moisture. ​

FULL DESCRIPTION

The women's hand-painted silk scarf, "Poppies and stripes II", by Fosca's Batik is a painting inspired by "Remembrance Day", or "Poppy Day".

This is a commemorative event held annually in the United Kingdom to commemorate Nov. 11, 1918, the date on which World War I hostilities ended, in remembrance of all the fallen soldiers of that tragic historical period.

The painting features geometric decorations at its center, punctuating the spaces between the traditional stripe and poppy motifs painted on a larger scale at the corners, and in minute and delicate ways on the background.

The teal hues of this scarf highlight the stylized flowers and enhance the various shades of red, illuminating the wearer's face.
